Privacy policy
This site is run by NETKREATIVES BV (Volaardestraat 88, 9200 Dendermonde, Belgium, VAT BE 0638.905.445), which is the data controller. It is a set of guides and tools; it has no accounts and no forms that send data to us.
No cookies, no analytics, no ads
We do not set cookies, run analytics or advertising scripts, or use tracking pixels. That is why there is no cookie banner.
The tools run in your browser
The parenting time calculator, the parenting plan checklist and the calm reply builder run entirely on your device. What you type is not sent to us. The checklist keeps your ticks and notes in your browser's local storage so they survive a reload; you can clear them with the Clear button or by clearing site data.
Server and network logs
The site is delivered through Cloudflare and hosted on a server of ours in the EU (France). Like any web server, these systems process your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use these logs to build profiles. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Links to app stores
Links to the App Store and Google Play carry a campaign label (for example dwr-home-who) so we can see, in aggregate, how many installs of our app came from this site. Apple and Google then apply their own privacy policies.
If you email [email protected], we use your message only to answer it and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data, object to processing, or complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be). Contact us at [email protected].
